Interior

The open living and dining area is large and airy.  A sectional sofa, covered in splashy hibiscus-printed fabric, opens into a queen-size bed.  There is a comfy rattan recliner and good reading lamps.  The TV has DVD and VHS.  All three of the unit's TVs receive a good selection of cable channels.  In addition to the air conditioning (and heating for those rare chilly times) there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas.

Meals may be at the round table on the screened porch overlooking an aerie of palm trees, or at the large glass dining table, or at the counter with stools. The kitchen, open to the dining area, is handsomely furnished with every sort of appliance and cooking utensil.  A full Thanksgiving feast can be prepared here.  On the other hand the electric can opener never need be used—it's difficult to resist dining out at the great variety of colorful and good restaurants on Sanibel and Captiva.  The unit has dishwasher and full-sized washer/dryer.
